We’re evaluating talent for a variety of on-site Sales opportunities in the automotive industry across the Minneapolis, MN Metro , Countryside, IL , and Wichita, KS areas. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and creating a standout customer experience, we want to connect! This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiple in-person opportunities. Locations can include : [Bloomington, MN], [Edina, MN], [White Bear Lake, MN], [Roseville, MN], additional MN Metro cities, [Countryside, IL] and [Wichita, KS]. Compensation: Starting base at $20/hr + incentive opportunities with commission! Responsibilities include: Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach. Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role (automotive experience a plus) High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus! Comfortable working with CRM tools and navigating sales systems Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Who We Are: Avenica is a career launching platform that uses data science, behavioral psychology, and performance coaching to unleash human potential and launch careers.
