We are partnering with an award-winning Chicago agency with deep roots in advertising, marketing, and public relations. Our clients’ mission is to harness creativity and strategic thinking to help their multicultural clients communicate and connect in ways that matter. We’re looking for a versatile Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist who can balance hands-on writing and editing with big-picture thinking.

In this role, you’ll generate compelling marketing copy and concepts across a variety of channels and audiences while also contributing to the development of content strategies that bring ideas to life. If you are bilingual in Spanish or have translated marketing copy from English to Spanish, that is a plus!

Senior Copywriter Responsibilities

• Craft original, engaging copy for campaigns spanning digital, print, social, broadcast, and beyond.
• Work directly with the ACD, CMO and junior marketing team to develop ideas and ensure that copy and visuals work together seamlessly.
• Contribute to the development of content strategies that support broader brand and marketing objectives.
• Help ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all client touchpoints.
• Adapt and tailor voice and style for different brands and target audiences, including multicultural and multilingual campaigns.

Senior Copywriter Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically, bringing fresh ideas to life while aligning with client goals.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful ad copy and campaign work across various formats and industries.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Bilingual/bicultural Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
