The Front Office System Integrator provides a broad-spectrum of dedicated support to senior management. Responsibilities range from general support of day-to-day business management activities such as general office operations, scheduling, meeting logistics management, correspondence, and event planning to more complex activities such as maintaining office continuity, managing high-visibility administrative/front office projects and other duties as assigned. The SI must be a forward-leaning, detail-oriented self-starter able to work independently, maintain personal sensitive information, and prioritize competing requirements to meet deadlines and advance mission. In addition, engagement with senior customer officials and high-level representatives across the organization, and external offices is frequent, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is strongly required.
