The Role We are seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to establish ServiceNow’s security product management program. The person in this role will enable developers and non-technical users alike to build secure applications and workflows and drive internal adoption of our security products. This role is pivotal to ensuring security is front and center for capabilities built on our platform, and solutions are optimized for the greatest value outcomes for our customers. What you get to do in this role: Establish, optimize, and oversee demand intake and governance processes. Collaborate with developers across the organization and internal customers to deliver secure product capabilities. Manage the entire product lifecycle from development through release. Communicate critical messages and engage with diverse stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Define and report on product metrics. Build relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and developers. Identify complex problems, translate them into clear requirements, and propose solutions. Define and execute security strategies and roadmaps for new products or significant changes, ensuring they meet customer needs. Work closely with security teams to optimize the use of ServiceNow products like Sec-Ops, Integrated Risk Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management. Conduct market research and engage with internal customers to understand their workflows and pain points to inform product decisions. Prioritize product features and requirements, balancing business needs and technical readiness. Participate in technical discussions and help make design trade-offs. Take leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner committed to outcomes beyond organizational boundaries. Develop RACIs to clarify decision-making roles for applications, products, and infrastructure. Create multi-mode communication strategies to effectively convey needs to varied audiences. To be successful in this role you have: Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI’s industry impact. 10+ years of software product management experience. 10+ years of business process management, process engineering, and process improvement execution. 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (highly desired). 5+ years of security or risk/technical experience (desired). Possesses strong planning, communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Can understand and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Has significant experience in defining, capturing, and transforming product requirements into roadmaps. Has experience managing or developing AI solutions. Is committed to delivering customer-centric solutions and building customer relationships. Skilled in solution development aligned with strategic goals.
