Our Talent team is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for both employees and candidates. As a trusted talent partner for department leads, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent while preserving our strong, unique, and inclusive culture. We are looking for a skilled, experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team, with the primary focus on filling technical positions.
This is a hybrid position that requires working four days a week (Monday through Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
Own and drive full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Data — from kickoff to close — ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and moves Envoy’s mission forward.
Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers — using market insights, compensation data, and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions and shape long-term team strategy.
Fuel hiring momentum by proactively building diverse, high-quality pipelines across critical technical skill areas and future growth roles.
Create clarity and consistency by partnering with the recruiting team to refine processes, elevate tools and systems, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
Use data to drive decisions — track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and guide continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on hiring priorities and ensure strategic execution against business goals.
5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles within high-growth tech companies; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred. Agency background a plus.
Proven ability to attract and close top technical talent across all levels — from ICs to senior engineering leadership — with a data-driven, relationship-first approach that builds confidence and excitement in candidates.
Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and tech stacks, enabling meaningful and informed conversations with both candidates and hiring teams.
Track record of creative sourcing strategies that engage diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools, using both traditional and innovative channels.
Exceptional relationship management skills — you’re a trusted partner to hiring managers, cross-functional leaders, and the CTO, capable of influencing and advising with credibility.
Strong operational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple searches, track data accurately, and report metrics that drive visibility and accountability.
Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Envoy’s people-first culture and high bar for quality.
Proactive, organized, and adaptable — you thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay two steps ahead, and bring consistency to an evolving organization.
Tech-savvy and data-oriented, with hands-on experience using tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CoderPad to manage pipelines, source strategically, and track performance.
A high degree of trust in your ideas and execution
An opportunity to partner and collaborate with other talented people
An inclusive community where you feel welcomed and cared for as a person
The ability to make an immediate impact, helping customers create a great workplace experience
