Job Description

At Launch That, we invest in our people, our work, and our community. Founded in 2007 as a bold digital marketing startup, we've grown from two founders in a garage to a thriving team of nearly 100 digital, tech, creative, and content professionals in downtown Orlando.

We cover 100% of the premium cost for employee-only medical coverage for all full-time team members. We also offer 100% employer-paid short- and long-term disability insurance, competitive compensation, paid time off, 20 days of paid parental leave after 90 days, a 401(k)-retirement plan, paid volunteer opportunities, and more! And because we believe in balance, all full-time team members get a paid company-wide holiday break from December 24th to January 1st each year.

Our hybrid work model reflects our dedication to collaboration and flexibility. We have the option of working from home on Mondays and Fridays. We come together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to maximize creativity, teamwork, and connection. Life is dynamic, so we offer flexibility for the realities of childcare, doctor appointments, and homeownership.

We’re seeking a collaborative, impact-driven  Senior Web Designer to take a leading role in design for our medical-legal websites. As the lead designer, you will work hands-on across content, SEO, CRO, and lead generation, partnering closely with marketing, content, and development teams. You’ll help set the standard for user-centered, accessible, and high-performing web experiences—balancing strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.

Ideal Candidate:
  • A strategic design leader—proactive, collaborative, and approachable
  • Comfortable working independently and aligning teams around design goals
  • User-first and data-driven, with strong ownership over outcomes
  • Committed to continuous improvement for yourself and the company
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design efforts:
    • Take ownership of design projects and initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are user-focused, effective, and brand-aligned.
  • Drive high-impact projects:
    • Guide all phases of design work—from discovery and ideation to execution and delivery—making sure projects meet both business and user goals.
  • Design and prototype:
    • Build full-page layouts, UI components, and feature modules in Figma, focusing on responsive, high-converting, accessible experiences.
  • Contribute to the design system:
    • Maintain, document, and evolve our design system for clarity, consistency, and creative flexibility.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and development to translate business objectives into measurable, impactful digital experiences.
  • QA and handoff:
    • Prepare clean, dev-ready design files and conduct thorough design quality checks post-handoff.
  • Analytics & iteration:
    • Use tools like Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and GA4 to monitor user behavior and performance, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
  • A/B testing and CRO:
    • Partner with CRO stakeholders to ideate, execute, and analyze conversion-focused experiments.
  • Accessibility & performance:
    • Help drive standards for accessibility and performance throughout the site.
  • Create assets:
    • Occasionally produce custom assets for digital ads, print materials, and campaigns.
  • Foster a healthy design culture:
    • Contribute to a team environment where impact matters more than ego, and feedback is valued and constructive—even as a team of one.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 8+ years of professional experience in web, UX/UI, or digital product design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in design, driving strategy and successful outcomes at a senior level.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in content-rich, SEO-driven, conversion-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools (Mixpanel, Clarity, GA4) and using data for iterative improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments (development, marketing, content) and present work to stakeholders.
  • Adept at prioritizing, analyzing, and executing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience maintaining and evolving a design system.
  • Culture champion: Demonstrates professionalism, autonomy, and integrity while driving results and team growth.
Bonus:
  • Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, WordPress)
  • Experience with digital ads, brand asset creation, and A/B testing
  • Designing for accessibility or older audiences
