Sr. Director of Photography and Production Lead This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Director of Photography and Production at VALR BRAND. The Sr. Director of Photography and Production will be the primary production lead who oversees all technical operations of content execution for film, photography, pre-production to post-production. Working primarily and collaboratively with our Chief Creative Officer, Director of Social Media and Chief Marketing Officer to develop content strategies and execute the production(s) of engaging content and digital marketing campaigns. While the role is primarily located in Coral Springs, FL, some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications: Camera Operation and Cinematography skills Experience in Lighting and Video Production Demonstrated proficiency with camera equipment Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Understanding of pre-production workflows and post-production processes Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field. Must be able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - as well as keep a sound shared folder structure! Able to help develop and implement processes to enhance/optimize our daily social media workflows! We're looking for someone that's dependable and HIGHLY RESOURCEFUL that we can trust to help us continue to build the VALR Brand and its EXPERIENCES/PRODUCTS! Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing, Creative and Social to ideate, create and execute on a variety of social media campaigns, as well as maintaining consistency. Ability to think creatively and strategically Resourceful, and be able to lead and develop a team capable of executing a variety of content, film and photography assets. A diverse skillset in film, photography, pre-production and post-production including but not limited to; Commercials, Adobe Suite, Film, Video Production, Film Production, Video Editing, Cinematography, Documentaries, Camera Operation, Lighting, Storyboarding and Visual Storytelling, Adobe Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve, Red Digital Cinema. VALR may provide a variety of production equipment resources to its production team that include Lighting, Red Digital Cinema, and Post Production Resources. Ability to travel as may be required from time to time for out of market production operations at various events and venues. *All travel and accommodations are provided for by the company.
