Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board! **Why you'll love this job** + This job is a member of the Flight Training & Standards team within the Integrated Operations Division. + This position will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Flight Training & Standards Management Staff. **What you'll do** + Interacts professionally in a service-culture environment while assisting with training administrative and personnel matters + Answers phones, general questions and assists with walk-in traffic + Assist Fleet Training Managers with new Check Airman onboard tasking + Track/manage/schedule new Check Airman training qualifications + Schedule daily administrative tasks for departmental personnel + Assist Fleet Training Managers with special projects + Prepare Performance Review documentation for pilot trainees + Track Check Airman sick, vacation, per dieum expenses + Maintain working knowledge so as to provide support using Excell, Sharepoint, Word, Adobe, Acrobat, Powerpoint **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + High School diploma or GED equivalency **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Prior employment as Admin within Flight, Flight Operations, Flight Training or Safety **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Minimum typing skill of 25 W.P.M. + Skilled in Microsoft Office software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software + Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Successful candidate must be comfortable and adaptable to changes, in a health and safety COVID world. Candidate will be working in an environment where wearing a mask may be mandatory.
