Job Description

• Organize and maintain inventory of office supplies across multiple floors.
• Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution.
• Restock shelves and storage areas to ensure an adequate supply of materials.
• Assist with fulfilling ad-hoc supply requests from staff and departments.
• Transport materials and supplies between various floors of the firm.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms and supply areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient office operations.

The Successful Applicant

Must have experience in physical/manual labor for a hands-on role that involves walking, standing, lifting 50-pound cases of paper, receiving deliveries, restocking supplies across 19 floors, and delivering rush items.
