Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various source methods to identify and attract top talent, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Data Analysis: Use recruitment metrics and data to drive decisions and improve processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in various HR and recruitment projects as needed.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience (we will only entertain candidates that are willing to work in a fast-paced environment).
  • Volume hiring: Experience managing high volume recruiting environments required.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Real estate and/or construction industry experience are preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

  • This is an on-site role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working opportunities .
  • This position is in Downtown Houston, Texas 77002.
  • The salary range is between $65,000 and $78,000.
  • Full-Time Benefits: After completion of a probationary period, you will be eligible for full-time company benefits.
  • The ideal candidate must be available to start with two weeks of acceptance date.
