We are looking for a dynamic End-to-End Technical Recruiter to join our India-based Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for digital and IT roles, partnering closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
You will bring proven expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-quality technology professionals across a range of digital skill sets in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own the **full recruitment lifecycle** , from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding for digital/IT roles.
+ Partner with **business leaders and hiring managers** to understand role requirements, define talent strategies, and drive proactive talent planning.
+ Manage recruitment resources (e.g., sourcing partners, researchers, coordinators) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of hiring needs.
+ Build and nurture **strong candidate pipelines** , leveraging advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and niche job boards.
+ Deliver a **high-quality candidate experience** by effectively managing expectations, providing timely updates, and acting as a brand ambassador.
+ Conduct behavioral and technical assessments and help train interviewers on candidate evaluation best practices.
+ Regularly communicate hiring status, market insights, and progress metrics to stakeholders.
+ Stay updated on emerging trends in talent acquisition, especially within the digital and IT domains.
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Minimum **5 years of experience** in end-to-end recruiting for digital/IT roles, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
+ Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and working with sourcing and coordination teams.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to **prioritize competing tasks** in a high-volume environment.
+ Excellent **interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills** .
+ Proficiency in tools such as **MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)** , **LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri** , and **Workday** or equivalent ATS/CRM systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working with **global or cross-functional teams** .
+ Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and **niche tech sourcing platforms** .
+ Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver high-impact hiring results.
+ Strong **candidate assessment and negotiation** capabilities.
