Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Analyst to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing CRM and/or ERP solutions with experience across both manual and automated testing. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise systems that support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for CRM/ERP modules and integrations.

• Build and manage test plans, test scripts, and test data aligned with business requirements and user stories.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate functional and non-functional requirements.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Identify, document, and track defects in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.

• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and user stories.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide business users during testing cycles.

• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software testing experience, preferably in CRM, ERP, or large-scale enterprise applications.

• Hands-on experience testing at least one major platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).

• Strong manual testing skills and familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Power Automate, RSAT, or equivalent.

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency with project management and defect-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.

• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, or system customizations.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Location: REMOTE only for these States -  Minnesota,  Washington State,  Texas,  South Carolina,  Illinois,  Massachusetts and  Florida | Must be available to work 8-5 PST
