Collects clinical and non-clinical data. Verifies eligibility. Determines benefit levels in accordance to contract guidelines. Provides information regarding utilization management requirements and operational procedures to members, providers and facilities. Registered Nurse (RN) with valid, current, unrestricted license in the state of operations.
