About the role .

What you’ll be doing.

As the Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for all people and processes related to the raw ingredient, finished product, and packaging storage and facilities for the Appleton, WI location. This role also ensures all standards and requirements are met by the department and department employees for DOT compliance, safety audits, quality audits, process improvement initiatives, and employee training. Must be local to Appleton, WI - no relocation offered. Your day-to-day may consist of:

• Supervising employees, training and coaching new team members, planning and assigning work, handling performance conversations, and addressing complaints as needed.
• Managing the overall operation, planning, and coordination of all products and packaging shipments and storage.
• Collaborating with vendors and other department leaders such as production, safety, HR, maintenance, etc. to coordinate needs and/or conflicts.
• Set up KPI’s to ensure department performance, manage data entry and documentation.

What you’ll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Distribution Management, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience required, experience in a food processing operations environment strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Power BI and SAP is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt to new equipment and processes with a willingness to step in to get the job done.
• Ability to utilize various technology systems and devices.
• Ability to independently read, comprehend, and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to independently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• A strong understanding of product quality, safety guidelines, and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to manage various people-situations including interpersonal conflict, emotional distress, and team member and/or vendor frustration with a solution-based approach.

Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
