Job Description

What You'll Do: Bartender

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision.
• Provide outstanding service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, including prep work.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines while also offering creative input.
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately.

What We're Looking For: Bartender
•Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting preferred.
•Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer.
•Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
•A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
•Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
•Responsible Beverage Service Certification.

Must be able to obtain a Valid Bartending License for the City of Franklin

What You'll Do: Server

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Guide guests through the menu, making thoughtful recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Handle payments efficiently and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For: Server
•Previous serving experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!
•A passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
•Strong multitasking skills and a sense of urgency.
•Friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication.
