We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented full-time Pharmacy Toting Assistant to join our outstanding team! Is it you? WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You seamlessly prepare and organize daily totes for prescription deliveries, ensuring that every vial and package is ready for dispatch. With keen attention, you scan prescriptions to maintain impeccable inventory management, double-checking each item to uphold our high-quality standards. You skillfully print mailing addresses and packing slips, monitor dashboard metrics, and analyze volume trends to fine-tune workflow for optimal efficiency. Amidst the bustling environment, you transfer prescriptions to the Virtue Track system and verify tablets on chargers, ensuring they are always available for dispensing. Your organizational skills shine as you manage the driver's room, keeping ice packs, cooler bags, and totes in perfect order. Conducting regular medication audits, you sustain accurate inventory records and carefully handle pharmaceutical waste, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Basic math skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic computer programs, processes, and related technology
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and programs
• Ability to operate general office equipment such as a telephone, copier, etc
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
